Updates orders.
Dear customers,
Due to the fact that some older orders are being processed with a delay we ask you to update your details in your Vestax User Account - in particular the delivery address. Recently, it often happens that the shipments are returned to us as undeliverable (addressee unknown). Also check your email address is still valid. In many cases we cannot even contact you by email (the email is returned, the recipient does not exist).
Please check in your Vestax Customer Account if your delivery address and email is still valid.
Our e-shop system allows you to track the status of your order online for a long time. Newly (from 2024 September) will display the expected arrival of your order at the place of destination (if it will be known) "ARR" symbol & date. There is no need to send an email with a question about your order status. You can check order status online at any time! How to do it ? We will explain how to do it in detail in this article.
After successfully submitting and paying for your order, you have received the login details for your Vestax Customer USER ACCOUNT by email. That was automatically created for you when you submitted your order - your registered email address + password. This data serves for login to your privat Vestax Customer Account.
In your Vestax Customer Account you will find complete overview of all your Vestax orders. Click on the latest order to see SUMMARY ORDER, CURRENT STATUS. Here you will find also data about shipping - when expected to ship, ID / tracking number for your parcel (once the carrier has picked it up).
Information online
Now in the Vestax USER ACCOUNT you can also find information - the date of stocking of the ordered goods, the date of dispatch, the expected delivery date of the part to complete the repair or the date of planned completion of the repair.

If your parcel arrives in your home country, you will be automatically notified by email via your local delivery service. You will usually also receive information from your local transport company:
- in United States of America via USPS, in Mexico - CORREOS DE MËXICO, in Canada - CANADA POST (for example)
- in Europe via National Postal Authorities: France - La Poste, UK - Royal Mail, Germany - DHL Packet, Spain - COREOS, Italy - POSTE ITALIANE, Portugal - CTT (for example)
- in Asia & Pacific via National Postal Authorities: China - CAINIAO or CHINA POST, Australia - AUSTRALIA POST (for example)
These National Postal Authorities will deliver the parcel to you. These rules apply to shipments of the type: Parcel Ultra Economy / Parcel Standard Economy / Postal Insured Parcel (if you choose them when you order).
If you choose when you order delivery via international shipping company (e.g. FedEx, TNT, UPS), then the branch in your country will deliver the package to you.
We highly recommend using Vestax USER ACCOUNT. Here you will find out immediately online the current status of your order. You don't need to write an email with a question and then wait for a response. This service significantly saves your time.
NOTICE: Pls. note that from 2024, October 21st to November 6st our service dpt. operation will be restricted due to the autumn holidays and the necessary work on the restoration of technologies.
Delayed orders are continuously being worked on - read pls. previously article. During end of November and December, we plan to complete older orders (refurbishments) for some special products e.t.c. Vestax VRX-2000 cutting machine or Vestax Controller ONE and PDX-2000/3000 (we expect a shipment of new parts etc. engines and electronics for the successful completion of the refurbishing).
