Restriction of activities in autumn

Dear customers, in the context with the return of the second wave of the pandemic Covid-19, we must respect national government regulations and therefore we must adopt some restrictions in our operational activities:

online store is still in automatic operation, we try to process the shipments according to the situation
our all branches in Europe are closed (including specialized services departments)
custom production was temporarily discontinued or by three-four weeks delayed
may be delay 2-3 weeks in the order processing and delivery of shipments

As Covid-19 has spread, we have seen an increase in people shopping online. The situation has deteriorated sharply. Some of our colleagues have already ill and are in quarantine in hospitals. To serve our customers while also helping to ensure the safety of our associates, we have changed our logistics and transportation to prioritize stocking and delivering items that are a higher priority for our customers.
