Restriction of activities

Dear customers, in the context of a continuing worldwide pandemic Covid-19 we are forced to adopt some restrictions.

e-shop is still in automatic operation, we try to process the shipments according to the situation
our branches are temporarily closed including specialized service
until further notice, we can not accept new orders for repair
custom production was temporarily discontinued
depending on the destination may be a delay in the delivery of shipments of orders
we ask our customers for maximum patience, stay with US
we're continuing to ship all available selection in our store, but some products may currently take longer to ship
all our shipments are carefully packaged in accordance with hygiene requirements WHO

As Covid-19 has spread, we have seen an increase in people shopping online. To serve our customers while also helping to ensure the safety of our associates, we have changed our logistics and transportation to prioritize stocking and delivering items that are a higher priority for our customers. This has resulted in some of our delivery promises being longer than usual. We believe, that you will understand these measures and together we will overcome this unfavorable situation.

Update 15 May 2020: all manufacturing activities (service, custom production) could be resumed at the middle of July, unless the development is not bad.

Extraordinary event: due to diseases of the company management Covid-19 and hospitalization of several people in the hospital the executive activity of the company was temporarily interrupted. Until the situation is resolved, all business activities related to the conclusion of contracts, financial transactions, etc. are stopped.
