Delays in some shipments

After an unplanned break of two months, we continue to work. Pay attention to our announcement intended for customers who have pending order; it is specifically about Controller ONE, VRX-2000 and some VCI-380 controllers from Outlet / Discount. According to the information from our service dpt. these specific orders are very delayed due to a shortage of key spare parts intended for refurbishing ordered Vestax products from Outlet / Discount and for reasons of capacity (the current delay is more than two months on the reception). It is necessary to take into account the fact that the Vestax Japan brand went bankrupt 11 years ago and some specific parts are becoming increasingly difficult to find.

We continuously provide special discounts for these delayed orders (we will inform you about this by mail during March). We ask for patience and apologize for the big delay. We ask for maximum patience, we understand that it takes an inordinate amount of time but pls. consider all the circumstances and also the fact that this year marks 11 years since the bankruptcy of Vestax Japan Corporation (in 2014) and original Japanese spare parts and new knowledge are very difficult to obtain. We are trying to do our best for it.
