Delays in shipments

Important notice for customers who have an order with us. According to the information of transport services orders from December to early January 2021 they are delayed if they are transported to destinations: Spain, Italy, Central and Northern Europe and some states of USA due to bad weather (extensive snowfall and complications on the road in freight transport). Due to bad weather, air cargo transport is also limited. In some areas, complications related to restrictions against the Covid-19 epidemic may add to this. Delays can range from a few days to two weeks according to the current situation in individual regions. You can monitor the current status of the shipment online in your Vestax user account. We ask for patience and apologize for the delay.
